Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made with pudding mix for extra flavor and texture.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl.
  3. Beat in pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Dough can be refrigerated for up to 2 days before baking.
  • For crispier cookies, bake for 1-2 minutes longer.
