Chocolate fondue

A delightful and indulgent dessert that allows you to dip fruits, marshmallows, and other treats into warm, melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, apples)
  • Marshmallows
  • Cookies or pretzels

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or a heatproof bowl.
  5. Arrange the dippables (fruits, marshmallows, cookies) around the chocolate.
