Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs!

A festive twist on classic deviled eggs, shaped like Christmas trees for holiday gatherings.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • Star-shaped sprinkles or edible gold stars for decoration

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, shaping them into a triangle to resemble a Christmas tree.
  4. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top to mimic tree needles.
  5. Decorate with chopped red and yellow bell peppers as ornaments.
  6. Place a star-shaped sprinkle or edible gold star at the top of each tree.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
