Cilantro Mint Lime Marinade

A fresh and zesty marinade perfect for chicken, fish, or vegetables.

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Combine cilantro, mint, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour marinade over your choice of protein or vegetables.
  4. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  5. Cook as desired.

Notes

  • Store leftover marinade in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For extra heat, add a chopped jalapeño.
  • Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
