2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
4 large eggs
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well coated.
