Irresistible Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake in 30 Minutes

A delicious breakfast casserole combining cinnamon rolls and French toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls per can)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour mixture over cinnamon roll pieces.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans if using.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with icing from cinnamon roll packages.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
