  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and place in a loaf pan.
  7. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  9. Cool before slicing.
