  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 bulb fennel, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
  4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced fennel until tender.
  5. Season the fennel with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
