Classic Deli Roll

  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 4 oz corned beef
  • 2 oz pastrami
  • 2 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  • Pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by toasting the rye bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mustard on one slice and mayonnaise on the other.
  3. Layer the corned beef and pastrami on the mustard side.
  4. Add Swiss cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Spread sauerkraut over the cheese.
  6. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with pickles on the side.
