Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional, for moisture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the protein powder and salt until fully combined.
  4. If using, mix in the Greek yogurt for extra moisture.
