Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the frozen potstickers and sliced mushrooms to the pot.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the potstickers are cooked through.
  6. Stir in the baby spinach, soy sauce, and chopped green onions.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting potsticker soup!
