Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Fluffy and protein-packed pancakes made with cottage cheese for a nutritious breakfast.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend again.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  • Adjust sugar to taste.
