Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, kale, and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
