  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in white wine and broth. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and butter until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add crab meat and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Mix in cooked linguine and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
