  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture into the zucchini boats.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
