  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in basil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Slice cooked chicken and return to the skillet.
