Burrata Pasta

A creamy and rich pasta dish featuring burrata cheese, perfect for a luxurious meal.

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 ball burrata cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss with the garlic oil.
  4. Place burrata on top of the pasta. Let it melt slightly.
  5. Gently mix the burrata into the pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil.
  7. Serve immediately.
