  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  8. Serve hot.
