  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Spoon the creamy mushroom mixture over the toasted bread.
