  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth to the pot.
