Amazing Creamy Tuscan Chicken Ready in 30 Minutes

A rich and flavorful chicken dish with a creamy Tuscan-inspired sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
