4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
