Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add olive oil.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
