Air Fryer Hash Browns

Crispy and golden air fryer hash browns made with minimal oil. Perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place shredded potatoes in a bowl and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve hot.
