  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss salmon cubes in the mixture until evenly coated. For extra crispiness, dust with cornstarch.
