Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
