Crock Pot Goulash

A hearty and flavorful goulash made in a crock pot for easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crock pot.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir well, cover, and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Add uncooked macaroni and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

  • You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Add more paprika for extra flavor.
