  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the beef chunks on all sides.
  2. Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
