  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
