  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then blend them with 2 cups of water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In a large pot, combine the cooked macaroni with the cashew cheese sauce and stir well.
  5. Heat over low heat, adding olive oil and paprika, stirring until warmed through.
