  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt (if using).
  4. Stuff each date with the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the chocolate-covered dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
