  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
