  • 1 package of frozen dumplings
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the vegetable broth, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings on top of the vegetable mixture.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown.
