Easy Cheeseburger Soup

A hearty and creamy soup with the flavors of a classic cheeseburger.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken broth, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the milk and cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
