  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to combine and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir and top with fresh fruit or nuts.
