A delicious Mexican dessert combining flan and chocolate cake in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Caramelize sugar in a bundt pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Prepare cake mix with oil, water, and eggs according to package instructions.
  4. Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla to make flan mixture.
  5. Pour cake batter over caramelized sugar in the pan.
  6. Gently pour flan mixture over cake batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely before inverting onto a plate.
