  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
