1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
Place a brie cube in each pastry cup.
Top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with rosemary.
Brush edges with egg wash.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
