  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth and diced vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the vegetables and broth.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy meal!
