  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 slice cooked bacon
  • 1 slice cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese, baking powder, and almond flour. Mix well.
  4. Pour half the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato between two chaffles.
  7. Serve warm.
