  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Add a layer of pepperoni slices.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining beef, cheese, and pepperoni.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
