Easy Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups Recipe

A simple and quick recipe for Philly cheesesteak roll ups.

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  3. Season beef slices with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each beef slice.
  5. Roll up the beef with the cheese and vegetables inside.
  6. Serve warm.
