  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. If using, add garlic powder and dried herbs to the dough and mix well.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let the crackers cool before serving.
