Sweet Potato Toast

A simple and healthy alternative to traditional toast made with sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potato into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
