  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
