Instructions

  1. Sterilize a jar and lid.
  2. Layer sliced peppers in the jar.
  3. Pour honey over the peppers, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  4. Seal the jar and let it ferment at room temperature for 3-5 days.
  5. Strain out peppers if desired and store in the fridge.
