Fermented Kimchi Shiitake Bowl

A flavorful bowl featuring fermented kimchi and shiitake mushrooms for a probiotic-rich meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fermented kimchi
  • 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shiitake mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add kimchi and soy sauce, stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
