  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet.
