  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steaks cook, mix butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
