  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture in batches.
  6. Pour the melted butter into the batter and fold until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
